Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Strictli account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Device

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer box with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring any old tracking labels are removed.

• 4.
  Technical Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
